  • then you have to try it for yourself and don't ever watch youtube again because according to your post, everything may be a fake

  • hasta la vista

  • lol

  • I'm curious on how Elisa is compared with XBMC. Have you tried XBMC with a Wiimote yet? Works like a charm for me..

  • Not yet, but it sounds interesting. Thanks for tip.

  • of course it doesn't need a sensor bar, a simple bluetooth usb stick does the trick :)

  • how?

  • The sensor bar is only necessary for using the wiimote as a pointing device. The accelerometer doesn't need that to work.

  • that's right

  • Not sure. Im using TvTime instead.

  • You may install the Elisa Media Center, but it is very simple: with Ubuntu you will get a Debian-based package mamager: Synaptic, that enables you to install software onto your computer automatically and to manage the software, that is already installed. And dont forget: try to learn (google, wikis, online manuals) before you start the software management on Ubuntu.

  • very impressive i like, although do you not find it hard to use the wiimote? its a nice touch but it would probably be easier to use a remote?

  • if you get used with it, it could be fun. Howewer the feeling that you are able to controll the mouse pointer is great. otherwise I think is much better on a bigger screen with a special GUI.

  • On top of the screen... a homemade white sensor bar with 4 IR-leds and USB.

  • no sensor bar?
