IMO the good - ending is the cannon ending because the scene in the video above seems to symbolize that cybil became harry's wife because thats the same scene in the game intro but they replaced harry's wife with cybil.
@lordbrioan if that is so then why would heather not meantion her mom at all in the game? also if Cybil did go into hiding then why is it not seen in the game? truth is noone can prove what happened to her and so logicly the ending or endings where she is dead make the most sence.

No, Cybil's fate is ambiguous. Just because she isn't in Silent Hill 3 doesn't mean she died. She only knew Harry for like one night. It doesn't mean that she would automatically stay with him for the rest of their lives.
actually Alessa was the original girl. When they split her it became Cheryl (good) and Alessa (bad). When both sides were reconnected Alessa was whole again. Henry could've kept the name Alessa but since he didnt want the Others to find out about her, he changed her name to Heather

Alright, this is very odd, despite being the Good Ending. So this ending = well, I like to think that they were just resting in the SH cemetary after all that running, to be honest. And Harry was just picking up his daughter (Cheryl? Alessa? Some demon hybrid thing?) because he set her down for a moment. Although I seriously doubt that. O_o
Yeah, I found it strange that he was kneeling with the baby in his hands even though he was seen running with her in his hands after the final battle of the game. I guess as you said, he was just resting and then got up. The Lost Book of Memories did say the scene is open for interpretation.
To the good ending, because it is much nicer, although way more confusing than the bad ending. So, this ending = At first I thought this was a rewritting of the past? Okay, so let's say this is in our world. Cybil and Harry just got away from all the evil crap of SH, and they're in the cemetary, which is also where Harry and his wife originally found Cheryl.
Harry picks this kid up (who might be Cheryl reborn, Alessa reborn, Alessa/Cheryl hybrid, or something different all together) and Cybil pets the kid or something. That's it. They leave, and be happy. Harry: Cheryl! *hugs baby* I'm so happy for you, Harry. You finally got your kid back. *hugs Harry*
OR: this really is a rewriting of the past, and rather than Harry and his wife finding Cheryl, it's Harry and Cybil trapped in a time loop thing. I really prefer my ending. But hey, Harry has Cheryl - I think - so he's happy.
This is not the good ending it is the Good+ ending in which you obtain by rescuing Cybil and Dr. Kauffman. In my opinion, this is one of two possible official endings. The other being the good ending. To find out why I think this, read the comment I posted on Callo111's Silent Hill bad ending video.
