@117starpower: Well, in the game if you get the stone you will face Lucifer manifested in this world. If you just leave it, Lucifer will still be trapped in the stone, but corrupting mankind - mainly its owner. Now you're talking about shooting the stone, well...I think that wouldn't change a thing. Since Lucifer created the stone, I think the material is highly resistent. And even if you shoot it & brake it, that would just make things harder to complete the prophecy but never killing the devil

@angelvsmaster: The stone itself is Lucifer trapped in there. The stone was broke to stop spreading chaos in the world. In one of game text, you'll discover that Edward gone into a nightclub & killed many inside there, cause he held the stone. With the stone in the portal, you can bring him back manifested to finally beat him. But The Evil always have some dark secrets on the wrap.

@alexander5860: Yes...I lost the count of how many times I played 1st chapter with the building collapsing, the sequence with the car cab run away, the helicopter falling...it is very good indeed.

you need to go to first person view by pressing triangle button if you are on the playstation 3 and close your eyes and you l see the ghost of that dead guy and where he points his finger you must go

Oh dude (NoobiesRiteHere): whoever play Alone Inferno 1st time, PLEASE DO NOT SKIP CHAPTERS. Its the same of watching a dvd movie 1st time and skip chapters...you won't understand full story and also will skip some very cool moments. I don't really know why they created this. Everybody have to play a game from begining till the very end. Story is cool, but the endings sucks. Puzzles kick ass! Very clever. The opposite found in Resident Evil 5.

Thanks (compregentionoflife) for the comments...but I disagree. ALONE INFERNO PS3 VERSION is awesome. Cool graphics, breathtaking sequences, inovative ideas, real time healing system, amazing soundtrack, movie feel, cool puzzles, fun... Its way better then RE5 for example.

hmmm well i can't comment on that because i only played the pc version and controls were messed up, graphics were okay but gameplay was just messed up :S i do think this game has potential on a console though gotta test it first.

Yes (comprehentionoflife), PS3 version is diferent cause have bugs fixed, better gameplay and xtra sequence. They (producers) delayed PS3 version release to fix problems stated by 360 and also PC gamers. Watch my review...and you'll see the extra scene I mentioned.

Hi there (ultraMUnKie): Well, I never played PS2 version but I've seen the entire game here in youtube. Its completely diferent from PS3...worse, but still good. Hope you enjoy my Alone Inferno review...And can't wait to a sequel of this game. Only thing I really didn't enjoy is LAST EPISODE and the endings. Thanks for all coments.

Response to (Hunkisthecoolest): Yeah, you're right, hard to tell wich is the bad ending consdering Lucifer still out there...and the world still a mess. Well, consider it the bad one cause you kill the girl. Anyway, can't wait another great Edward game. And hope producers focus into only one version for the next Alone game, mainly for the new generations.
