I have heard of this piece in 80's TV series Tour of Duty.

But unable to find out its title for many years. But finally have come to learn that when I checked out that drama in wikipedia. I have tried music listed in its BGM one by one by.

This song was the most moving among all the music played in that drama.

It's no fail, really. It is a grace note.

There are fails in the song, especially in rhythm between solo and accompaniment tracks. The grace not isn't fail.

Why to play it at once? This song is in C major scale, so notes C, D and E played in sequence is nothing disharmonious.

I recorded every track many times until I was satisfied, especially the solo tracks. I respect you don't like it, but it isn't fail, just a intention.

@TheModelVixen: I listened to a song in 1982 and then once in 1989, both times on Radio. I knew the name of the song but nothing else; a friend told me in 1994 who sang it and the details. I could finally buy the MP3 of that song in 2007.
