Great song from an epic time......A great movie to watch which will bring alot of the 1960's period into context for those who did not live through it (or for those who lived through it but don't remember much) is "I Love You Alice B. Toklas" with Peter Sellers. Hits in right on the head!
hey, well thanks for this, they were basically known as being the suckyest band at the time, but really, they did not sound all that bad, they were just strawberry alarmclock and they actually played on the same bill as janis did, way back then

It never does. That said, it was David Morales, CIA assassin, who killed DPD officer JD Tippit.
@jjh36Is Sorry, I don't understand the point you are trying to make. @91fatboy51 video "LBJ TAPES: Kennedy Assassination 1 (J. Edgar Hoover)"
At the 9:00 minute mark LBJ and Hoover say the word THEY, referring to multiple assassins. Further on, is talk that the governor in front of Kennedy turned and was shot - that turning blocking a bullet meant for JFK. Not possible with only a rear assassin.
Another video shows the FBI changed witness statements, to be opposite of what the witnesses later gave on videos.
Dude, is it weird that I found this song literally lighting up one of my newest incense sticks, then find out this is a song I heard long ago and loved?
I agree with the 12 year old person. todays, stuff isn,t worth turning the radio on for. Thankfully there is so much good music out there that he or she can have a great listening experience for years to come.. When I was young my mom had no opinion but my dad mostly disliked rock and roll. I just liked music which included quite a bit of the 40,s big band and swing genre. check out Louis Jordan and his Tympani Five, it,s like rock and "swing" mixed together.
@galaxybeing101 the good music today is not played on the radio, that is the difference. Here are some thing to check on youtube ... Caribou - Melody Day, Fleet Foxes - Ragged Wood, Band of Horses - Great Salt Lake, Grizzly Bear - Two Weeks, The Clientele - Since K Got Over Me, Field Music - Measure, Alexi Murdoch - Towards The Sun, Iron and Wine - Sunset Soon Forgotten, Beach House - Norway, Local Natives - Sun Hands, Jose Gonzalez - Sensing Owls, The Coral - Dream in August
hey the flagman.. i work for WZPH 96.7 fm in zephyrhills, florida... we do not play commercials and we play all old music..neat stuff that the regular radio doesn't play... you can streamline it on the web.. my son since he was 18...listens to only that cuz' regular radio is so generic... hope that helps
@HomeSkillet489 : I know that bud...I'm just saying" Good move to Lynyrd Skynyrd". Otherwise, Sweet Home Alabama, Swamp Music, Mississippi Kid, Working For MCA, Railroad Song...etc. wouldn't have happened...that's all.
Hey, this is Howie, fan club president for the 1960s rock band, The Royal Guardsmen (Snoopy Vs. The Red Baron, Snoppy's Christmas, Return of the Red Baron). We are working on building our fan page and would love it if you could go over to Facebook and "LIKE" us. We are doing some awesome CD giveaways through Christmas! Just "LIKE" our page and you will be entered into a drawing to win the band's new LIVE CD, "Beaglemania!" Visit us at facebook dot com/theroyalguardsmen.
i really like some of the new stuff, but i also really like a lot of the old music too. i kinda think i was born in the wrong era lol, cause i really love this music!
I remember when saw this band live in 1967 and they got booed off the stage. They deserved it they were awful. Can't even play this song right. If you look you can see their hands on the instruments but not playing them. This song was and is a bore anyway.

@galaxybeing101 From this to s h i t like "if you like it you shoulda put a ring on it". Todays' garbage makes me want to throw up.

@ColeHan100 ---as I said, todays music, isn,t music, it,s junk. sounded like you are mad at me for liking the real music!
galaxybeing101 2 months ago

I remember when saw this band live in 1967 and they got booed off the stage. They deserved it they were awful. Can't even play this song right. If you look you can see their hands on the instruments but not playing them. This song was and is a bore anyway.
