Donkey Kong Barrel Blast was indeed an AWFUL Donkey Kong game ever made. That game is more like Donkey Kong Barrel Crash or Donkey Kong They'll All Crash. And yes, the graphics are 128-bit quality and the Bongo Controllers should have made their way to the Wii for this game. I could never even reach first place in this game. Thankfully, I threw it out, and I will never play this one anymore.

I think that it's a pretty decent game. Way better than the SEGA all stars racing for sure. The gameplay is imprecise but it's not that hard to manage. After a while, you get used to it and you can enjoy this game if you are a DK fan.

I got this game for £5 yesterday and I think its a nice game. This review and a few others giving the game silly scores are jokes. I can already tell that its not going to be a classic but its a smart little overall package and has a bit of charm to it which is just what I expect of Nintendo.

The reviewers don´t even give this game a chance.

The whole point of the game is getting bananas which have to be used as a turbo. You can connect the turbo by hitting wooden barrels or enemies resulting in combos. The video doesn´t show any of that so I guess the reviewer didn´t know that!!! I have to say it´s a lot of fun.

Graphics are poor and there´s no online mode but the game is still fun.

So what if those games were originally planned for the Gamecube and moved to the Wii. They are still good games. I think you misunderstand. Although TP and SPM were good games, they were developed on the gamecube and then ported to the Wii with fucking stupid wiimote controls attached. They are still good games but they are still gimmicky conversions.

I hate Rareware and Nintendo for this... they only gave Donkey 2 chances to bright as character of adventure games: Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong 64. The worst thing is: He's name appear in the name of all games even when he doesn't shows up.

Because Xbox bought Rare back in 2001(I think) which was the developper of DKC1,2,3DK64 and many great oldschool Nintendo games. I still can't beleive it, Rare was making the history with Nintendo and they were making big load of money.

Although the Diddy Kong Racing was created by nintendo rare the company who published the game Rare problaity wont make a sequal because Rare now belongs to microsoft and banjo and conker 2 characters who were created by rare themselfs but however Rare can make a few handheld games every few years for nintendo DS and that why we saw a conker game on the orginal xbox and banjo kazzoie nuts and bolts is coming out for 360.Also DKR sequal was planed but it was canncled.

I bought the game yesterday. It's good. My only problems are how slow the races go and that when you aren't doing anything to accelerate after Max Speed, it just doesn't feel right. Other than those two problems, it's good, not great but not as bad as GT says it is.
