Yikes. First of all, I think you mean seizure not stroke from flashing lights. Further, it takes a strobe or faster to induce a seizure, not a slowly blinking LED. As for your comment about a "fake" woman, I happened to talk to this woman...she was quite real in many fantastic & sexy ways. Quit being a hater, man! I only wish I got a phone number! :)

@MrDanthehitman You are right, is seizure. Now, back to topic, the light right now is only coded for a few Unique ID. To meet real world application, the ID base will expand, then you will need to use more colors and strobe them at very high frequency. And you can't let your iPhone user hold up their phone to film these for too long, so you gota strobe them really fast, no one want to get tired from waiting to see an Ad. Also this thing has to work in day light, so is LED has gota be bright .

@JavaLuCpp Good point...that was one of my questions, how much informaton you can cram into that light. I'd thik you're right on target..the more code contained the faster it would have to blink.  Good thoughts!

@MrDanthehitman I guess they could repeat IDs, but that will require using node triangulation and GPS positioning. So you can grid up the entire planet, and each grid will act like a area code. Then instead using a single fast strobe light, one could just use a slow strobe light bar. Depend on the grid size, 7 digits should be more then enough for a UID. So if you had 3 color and 3 light cubes, it should take < 1 sec. So i change my mind, this is good idea and easy to make. Btw, болван == boob.
