  • Simply inspirational--such a powerful arrangement. I'm already 50 of the 82,836 views. Thank you for posting!

  • Never ceases to amaze me... *tears of true joy*

  • Oh, come all ye faithful and behold Him.

  • MAGNIFICENT !!!

  • Beautiful.

  • wonderful! thanks for posting : ]

  • I may not agree with Mormonism, but I'm gonna go ahead and say that this is one of the most beautiful arrangements I've ever heard.

  • @MrsKatmus Mack Wilberg really knows how to make a moving arrangement. All his Tabernacle arrangements overwhelm me emotionally and the performance here doesn't hurt either.

  • Bless Christmas, the day our Saviour, Santa Claus, was born!

  • Christ IS Everewhere. He is Omnipotent

  • I'm a catholic person but I like this choir.

  • C Trumpets. Interesting. Beautiful arrangement!

  • i got the X mas fever

  • beautiful... :)

  • In the Mormon version of this song, there's really no need to travel all the way to Bethlehem to visit Christ.

  • @Afghamistam It's to witness his birth. Even in the Mormon faith Christ was born in Bethlehem

  • 0:45 why is the dude looking at the lyrics...its the same line 3 times

  • @Guy132 the proper notes

  • Wow. This literally brings tears to your eyes. This is music. I'm at a loss for words.

  • I would love to sing with this group! There is nothing more wonderful than making music with a large chorus. Thank you for posting!

  • I am Mormon and I love this and think its the most beautiful music there ever was and is

  • You know... I had the opportunity to play this version this past christmas. 3:17 when the composer changed the song's progression, I felt a lot smaller! Love this rendition.

  • It's as tho the hosts of heaven and all his angels assembled together! Angelic Song from un high!

  • Muito bom, é assim que eu imagino os anjos Louvando.

  • @eldospawn15 I've seen them perform live many times

  • @eldospawn15 They're not dead. Unless you see dead people, like in the movie The Sixth Sense.

  • No one, and I mean no one, can even come close to performing Christmas hymns with the beauty, dignity, and reverence of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir. They are truly magnificent and a great gift to us all.

  • @yeslatinicita no they dont hire. they dont get paid for this either. This is all volunteer work but you could go watch them in concert. They are phenominal!

  • @cocoloversarethebest Dude I wanna have them harmonize one of my songs.

  • This is the perfect example of how people coming together for a common goal can achieve something MUCH bigger than themselves. How so many people can sing together so beautifully is surreal and inspiring. Just wow.

  • Amazing!!!!

  • Really fine Orchestra. Are you Guys for hire?

  • @yeslatinicita You have to be a member of the Church. I only know because I am a mormon

  • @pd3523 Is there anything else? The Kingdom of God or nothing.

  • simply beautiful, amazing

  • My piano teacher used to tell me that the most beautiful instrument in the world is the human voice. Nothing could be more true. This is the most moving rendition of this Christmas carol I have ever heard. Thanks for posting.

  • @cambridge1111 The most beautiful instrument is the one which is played properly.

  • @cambridge1111 my paino teacher tells us that older you can, you won't sing good as you used to.

  • Been looking for some good videos of Christmas music, this has to be one of the bests so far. Quality of both the sound and visual are both well done, along with the choir itself. Just Beautiful. What an amazing organ too.

  • brilliant

  • Nice video! And thanks for posting that description link.

  • It sure would be nice to hear some OTHER people's arrangement's other then Mack Wilberg's ALL THE TIME.There is TOO much Wilberg and I DO like his stuff but he needs to understand that there are other arrangement's of carols that are very nice.

  • @ATLKapellmeister But when you're the best, you're always played!

  • @ATLKapellmeister I would tend to believe that Mack does what he feels he is inspired to do. Though I would agree with you that a change is as good as a rest ;-)

  • This is my favorite recording of the Tabernacle Choir singing this song, excellent! You can really feel the true spirit of Christmas with this piece. Wonderful recording. Thankyou for posting this one.

  • absolutely great. goosebumps

  • sublime

  • well shalom y'all! MTC ever going to sing some sacred music in Hebrew? Thanks for sharing this as your Xmas present?
