Bruce learned quite a few different methods during his time in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Beijing. It's likely from the Cheng Ting Hua style, as this it is meant to develop the "Mud Walking" aspect of Ba Gua stepping. His final teacher Liu Hung Chieh had learned from Cheng's son, as well as Yin Fu's student Ma Gui, and quite a few other third generation Ba Gua guys during the 1920's and 30's. So Bruce's method draws components from all of Liiu's teachers. Thanks!
The is the basic training for circle walking from BK Frantzis's Ba Gua Zhang system. It's a way of breaking each step into four parts so you can really focus on each small part of the step, and help bring your mind into your feet and legs. The palm strikes that go with it teach three basic ways of striking. It's a nice exercise for basic training, I like it.

It's too dark!! Even with my computer screen on a very bright setting, the video is really too dark to see all the moves. Bummer!! Lighten it up!!
