  • great drills, i just wish you'd break them down a little slower so we could see the exact footwork on all of them.

  • Get's bored n starts making up shit!

  • You are a gangster

  • like to c u do better, i think he v skillfull a lot of hard work, goodstuff

  • he aint even doin em right

  • no doubt hes a boss at DDR

  • Nice stuff! Very creative and well done.

  • Niiicccceee!

  • pretty impressive!!! good stuff!!

  • Does anyone know what the background music is to this video?

  • @waterman808080 Xzibit - "paparazzi"

  • I love it all I need now is a ladder that was very impressive and the music really goes with this video, excellent stuff!!!

  • This was my fav videop of the day just ordered one for my students that is sick man....

  • great work! - Funk Roberts

  • perfect exercises to add to my boxing workout...not to mention he's quick

  • wow so quick even without pumping your arms

  • why won't anyone tell me what song this is

  • That was AMAZING, you look like you would be really good at dancing ;)

  • can anyone please tell me what song this is?

  • Thank you very much, that was incredibly helpful!

  • is this effective for a volleyball player?

  • @invader89ful very effective

  • could make some cool dance moves out of some of those drills:)

  • Must've took you a while to master all these agility ladder techniques..

  • @Briansminster Not really. Just takes practice

  • u have to use your arms when u do this. no one runs without there arms

  • @43sllub noone but ninjAs (MINDFUCKED)

  • @43sllub If it's specificity you're talking about then you would be correct. But what if you're a boxer looking to get quick using these drills? Would you keep your arms pumping when they should be up protecting your chin? Or a wrestler even? Or playing defense in basketball? Your arms would be out right? The ladders are a great tool but it wouldn't be much without strength training.

  • I feel dizzy

  • @damiandrifts Thank you. :)

  • Where can I buy this ladders? I can't find them! :(

  • @0g1sHa walmart has them for $25 the company is sklz they also have a website

  • Really poor form from top to bottom.

  • dude you suck...

  • I think it's good for anybody - not just basketball players.

  • Too fast, it's nice that he has quick feet, but it's hard to see the steps.

  • Good for cardio?

  • use your hands

  • @hateugive what is the name of this song??? :D

  • I wouldn't worry too much about where to place your arms. The only tip I would stress is that you perform these drills on a harder surface like concrete with flat hard sole shoes like chuck taylors. This will definitely help out alot more. Thanks for watching.

  • i'm 6'1 75Kg you will never be quicker than me. this kind of training is for fatties who wanna be fast like me. keep dreaming boys. being quick is in your genes. if you ain't born to be fast you will never be as fast as the fastest.

  • @mantisgamingco thanks for letting us know bro... but i dont think you've heard that hard work beats talent.

  • Good video. The song name is Paparazzi instrumental by Xzibit

  • When doing ladder drills, isn't it suggested to keep your arms on the sides like sprinters? Thx for the upload, very useful

  • You're fast.

  • This really isnt that impressive lol, you shouldnt be trying to go so fast when you dont do the drills properly, you need to pump your arms for every single drill

  • @ianmf16 Stop drinking haterade its loaded with sugar..Candy Azz...

  • @asilver

Definitely, especially with the coordination required to move and ball handle at the same time. I'm using ladder drills for footwork on my shots in wrestling. Every athlete can benefit from them.

  • is this the 10 yard long speed ladder or the abc 1/2 ladder from performbetterm

  • and would this benefit soccer players?

  • @asilver95 Definitely!!!

  • how many times should you do this workout and how many reps of each drill?

  • @asilver95 Depends on the athlete's conditioning level. I would perform these until the athlete starts to fatigued.

  • Some ppl can train strength in the legs but lack the efficiencey of explosive power but these are excelent for finer motor skills and CNS.

  • can i get this sound track ?

just giv me the name ..plz plz plz

  • nice footwork

  • can u go slower cuz i cant follow ur legs

  • mannnn i would buss my shit if i tried that!

  • great video. I have an 11 yr old boy that's fast; I'd like to help make him faster.

  • 1:50 new dance???

  • @Barca10sanchez thats what i was thinking lol

  • This be any good for basketball players? I'm a shooting guard/ PG

  • @AnB4Life00 Definitely!!!!

  • great stuff, given me ideas for my drills now, thanks. and i thought i was fast

  • This kid has such fast feet, especially the reverse icky shuffle

  • Your footwrk is amazing!!!

  • Hey I would like to know if you could email me these drills bostdott52@yahoo.com

  • Well done, Best ive seen on the enternet yet lol

  • Thanks for watching. There is slow motion video of this on my channel.

  • @hateugive Would this be suitable for rugby for quick feet and aigility/speed?

  • @SemiGodish definitely!!

  • @hateugive Hi, I had a look at your channel and couldn't see the slow motion version?

  • what song is this

  • @Eliallday28 thats the beat of paparazi. i remember that infamous soprano scene when uncle jun became the head of the family. to junior....to junior.....to junior...to junior....SALUD!!!

  • would these exercises be usefull for a boxer??? Good work by the way :D

  • @djfasi3 Sure thing, they're great for improving the speed of your footwork.

Awesome video, I'm definately going to use this, I really need to get a lot faster at acceleration, and a lot better at agility, and this is about perfect for both :)

  • @djfasi3 THis would be excelent for boxers. Better foot work. Epecially the " Ali Shuffle"

  • That was incredible I just started doing agility ladder drills

  • these aree aesomeee exercisesss ^_^

thou the one foot jump overs at 1:37

look likee they might destroy your knees in the long run

    hmmmm wat you recon???

  • @balter22 : well, the thing with ladders or plyometrics is you won't be spending much time on them and the training frequency for these at the most would be 2 to 3 times per week so I wouldn't worry bout destroying your knees. Strength training is the predominant thing to do first and foremost. Thanks for the comment

  • Stupid question - did you do all of this in one sitting? Like, over 3 hours or something?

  • @htyphoon00 Actually, we did this in one sitting. You can tell my client gets tired toward the end of the video. poor kid. lol

  • nice arms ahahahaha

  • Great ladder work ! Amazing speed and focus ! We use the ladder for football. We have been training more use of the arms as balance when using the ladder. Staying low centered. Is it a different practice for basketball ?Thanks!

  • why doesnt he use his arms to help run... this is all trusting ur feet in all these drills... none will help with running form or speed

  • can I do those drills without ladder?can I these drills by distances I mean each drill will be in 30 feets and how many sets and reps for good young athletes (I mean very good) and last question what's the difference between agility & speed and agility & speed Endurance and explain by reps and sets the difference

  • This is amazing. I am going to use some of these for my high school basketball team. Thank you for sharing this.

  • @luckydogdr1 That's awesome! I will be putting up more videos soon.

  • Great workout. A lot of exelent exercises. I coose some for a german pro league basketball-team agility practise. It works. Thanks a lot. Your speed is incredible. Do you got more agility workouts? Hurdles?

  • @staniam82 We do have a couple more that involve two ladders, but we just haven't had a chance to film them. I will be posting a video on hurdles soon. Thanks for the comment.

  • Great workout. A lot of exelent exercises. I coose some for a german pro league team agility practise. It works. Thanks a lot. Your speed is incredible. Do you got more agility workouts? Hurdles?

  • Can you make these go in slow motion?

  • Man and I thought I was fast...this kid would take me to school

  • @dbazn you will see results very quickly actually. I usually include agility drills into the program twice a week. We do the drills as long as he can until he gets tired and slows down. The drills work best with a strength training program. Amazing results

  • @dbazn yea one set for each drill. I like to do two sets.

  • @sum182wrestling the ladder is 15 feet.

  • song name ? xd great work

  • Great video! Gave me some awesome ideas

  • Hey nice video!! I need to get quicker for basketball and i want to do these drills, but i dont want to get a ladder, Can i just draw a ladder with chalk or tape??????

  • @maxypooh15 use whatever is clever. Had a kid lay out sticks on the grass in the form of a ladder. Preferably the ladder is better used on a hard surface like concrete.

  • This is great! Excellent footwork and coordination. Cant wait to try these drills out. Thanks for this!

  • Great video. My first contact with this was at my new basketball club's practice in my new home town. But I didn't stay at that club though, I went back to my karate, which I have been practicing since when I was a kid, since 1994. Lately I missed it so I started again. ... Sorry for the life story. The point is, it's great practice and we never had that at my karate club. I might go there fore a visit and introduce this to the practice, it does wonders for quickness etc :)

  • kicking the ladder? please he barly touchedd it, sick vid been practicing hard

  • stop kicking the ladder. If that was me, I would have had to done a million push ups...

  • wow :) my fav. torso twist ;) 1:02

  • Dude this is fucking sick!!! I'm going to use this for my taekwondo training....

  • yeah, this could be used for pretty much anything. Good luck. Thanks for the comment

  • can u make a slow motion video, cuz i cant see how it does

  • well, you will be surprise how fast your feet will get when starting out. I had this kid do these drills twice a week for an hour. However, he did practice on his own sometimes just to get the footwork down. we picked out around 10 drills and did around 5 to 10 sets of each drill and mixed up the drills at the end of the workout. we did change drills every workout.

  • Can you really see the difference in his game?

  • @Cull23skicougar a better defensive player

  • yo so how many drills all in all in this videos bcuz im try this on my backyard cuz i need to improve my quickness...and could you tell me how sets to do and what drills ?? i appreciate the help

  • i'm not sure how many drills there are but we did record over 25 drills the day we shot. I will definitely send ya more information on the sets . Thanks for the comment!

  • good, but you have to slow some of the intricate ones down. slow motion

  • Actually, i just posted a slow motion video on them yesterday. You can view it by going to my channel. Thanks for the comment.

  • Thanks for the comment! We are working on a second video with more variations.

  • whatz the name of the intrumental song

  • I don't really know. I accidently downloaded the song while i was searching for a 2pac instrumental. lol.

  • It's the instrumental version of 'Paparazzi' by Xzibit taken from the sopranoes

  • Question for you. I need to add some quick feet drills to my workout. How many drills do you have run them run of a given type in one workout? How many different drills will you typically do in a workout? How much time do you spend on ladder drills each workout? I appreciate the help!

  • I will usually have my Bball clients run 5 to 8 drills. It just keeps things simple and i try to have them do anywhere from 8 to 15 sets per drill. This depends on the client's conditioning level. I don't like doing each drill back to back so to help stress the footwork i do the drills in intervals and always changing each drill so they do not adapt. Depending on the level of the client i usually spend around 20 mins to 45 mins 2 to 3 times per week. Hope this helps. Thanks for the comment!

  • Very nice video. I love ladder drills and you teach them well. Check out some of my videos. I think you will find them interesting.

  • Thanks for the comment

  • Great stuff man i just heard of this drill like two days ago im going to start doing to improve my footwork. How long did it take you to get to the point that your at now?how long have you worked at this drill?

  • Thanks for the comment! well, this is one our clients doing this drill and it didn't take him very long to develop the footwork. Less than a month. He has gotten very quick.
