you need a file with every 10 digit number from 0000000000 to 9999999999. if it's a default 2wire(specifically AT&T U-Verse) installation this will get it done.
i got a good wordlist project started, worked so far on one key. key was lauren96
as for speed. get a copy of slitaz liveCD from aircrack-ng's website and run it on your desktop(if you have one) and/or your pc in pure commandline. it runs faster than backtrack. in backtrack i would hit 220 k/s, in slitaz i hit 420 k/s. ive been using my friends server to crack my handshakes since his clocks at 3300 k/s. pm me if you want me to try your cap file with my wordlist
haha i have the same problem, so many handshakes, not a single one cracked. ive been writing some bash scripts to help generate more complex wordlists. one thing i noticed is your keys/sec. I run the aircrack cracker through slitaz liveCD commandline and it gets me roughly 440 keys/sec where as backtrack only gets me about 240 keys/sec.
