Very well - and yet you say you are a corporation, or, to be more specific, "incorporated", and that those who have been your experimental subjects previously were, or are, "employees." I do not pretend to be omniscient, but you make a convincing case... it just isn't exactly in your favor. Something you could do to rectify that?
I don't know that there will be an easy answer for that Greg. I would imagine that I may not be the only neutral party, willing to hear both sides of the issue.
