  • @MrGuncal Hi! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a google search)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a lot of fat with it.

  • Too easy

  • @wolfxinstein Try this one: cW3-elp-z80

    It's a bit more challenging. :)

  • @maraf67 Couldn't agree more! The same diet plans that I've used and it worked perfectly as well! I am so grateful about it because I lose great amount of weight and now I feel confident as before! The site is WeightLossAction.info

  • OMG what's that sweet motivating trance like song called?! :D

What is this and is it affective? Anyway do you have some good exercises to when you want to burn a lot of fat as fast as possible! Thanks in advance:)

  • help please gender male age 16 weight 95 kg height 6ft 1

I am 95kg's but i don't look so fat until i see my double chin and chest, belly. My friends say i look healthy but i still think that i am fat.i do 20 sit ups every day and i run 1-2km in the morning. no effect at all i eat normal food dinner, lunch, breakfast and some fruits like grapes apples oranges.but i do often drink coke and sprite. Is there anything i can do. ? i some times play soccer or basketball.Help please.

  • @GameronMaximus if your trying to lose weigh try to do more aerobic or cartio workouts. that will help alot more then 1-2 km and 20 sit ups.

  • Gender - Male.Age 15 and 6 months, height 180 weight 74, need to lose belly fat and get much leaner by the end of November. I've got wide hips which are annoying, how can I lose that as well?

  • @letseatbutterchicken What is your goal weight? How often do you exercise? What exercise equipment do you own? What is your motivation for "getting leaner by November"?

  • @HardTimesHardBodies

Not really a goal weight but I want to get lean not skinny. And build more muscle afterwards, but for now just lean. My chest is muscly but still got belly fat going on need to cut that. Walk around 6km monday - friday, run on treadmill 45 minutes Saturday + Sunday. Recently just started following your exercises. Motivation is because I'm going overseas at the end of November to meet family and friends and I want to look in shape.

  • @letseatbutterchicken Based on your height, weight and age you should eat at least 1795 calories per day. For breakfast eat as many eggs as it takes to feel satisfied. 1-6 for most people. Lunch, eat a lean protein (fish, poultry, red meat) with a leafy green or colorful vegetable. Dinner, same. Click on the link on the video description for example meal plan. Trade the treadmill running for outdoor running. Hill intervals are best. Do the videos 3-4X per week. Let me know if you have questions!

  • Gender - Male.Age 15 and 6 months, height 180 weight 74, need to lose belly fat and get much leaner by the end of November. I've got wide hips which are annoying, how can I lose that as well?

  • @metalpersonthing What is your goal? Do you have a specific goal?

  • Hey,

Im 17 and weigh approx. 231kg. Im 6"3 aswel if that helps. Ive been overweight for a looong time and frankly just sick of how I look and want to look better. Whats the best way to get rid of my belly and just have better definition overall??

  • @MikeDirnt27 A low-carbohydrate, high protein restricted calorie eating strategy has been shown to yield the best fat loss results. Follow the link in the description for a sample menu. Sorry, do you weigh 231 pounds or 231 kilograms (507 pounds)? I'll assume your weight is 231 pounds. In that case, eat at least 1,661 calories but not more than 2,161 calories per day. Perform high intensity interval strength training workouts for 30-40 minutes per day, six days per week.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies hahaha, yeah i meant 231kgs. sorry, im from New Zealand, don't use pounds here. Do you have any suggestions which exercises will be best for getting a slim and defined body?? I know fat loss is the best thing for this, but I thought you'd know which are the best for that?

  • @MikeDirnt27 You'll be under 200 pounds in 2-4 months depending on your adherence. Let me know if you have questions :)

  • @HardTimesHardBodies What do you mean by adherence?? You have heaps of exercises to be doing but which ones do I use and when?? also how many different combinations?? its great you've got heaps, but just confused as to which ones to use?? also, diet?? what should I be aiming for with that??

  • @MikeDirnt27 Adherence = how closely, precisely you follow the instructions given. Eat mostly low-carbohydrate, high protein meals like those in the link in the video description. Eat at least 1,661 calories but not more than 2,161 calories per day. Build a playlist with 5-10 of the workouts on my channel. Doesn't matter which one you pick. Best results if you start with the "DYNAMIC WARM UP" and build from there. Press play and follow along. Rest when needed. Workout 4-6X per week. :)

  • @MikeDirnt27 plus, where do I find the dynamic warm up??

  • @MikeDirnt27 Here is the link to the dynamic warm up: gGWpNp8Ndhs

Copy and paste that code after, watch?v= in the URL.

I just put a link to it in the video description too, so you could just click on that :)

  • hey i rlly want a 6 pack im 15 and 130 pounds but skinny will this help me get a 6 pac?

  • @dragonup56 There are only two exercises here and your body will quickly adapt to this particular workout. Click on my channel and follow the instructions there. Doing the workouts as instructed, when combined with a supportive nutrition strategy, will get you a sick pack. :)

  • my current body weight is 330 pound.. did this routine can help me by reduce that much of weight?

  • @Azizulbest There are 79 workouts on my channel that build muscle and burn fat. Doing just this would get old really quickly. Pick several different intervals from my channel. Create a playlist with them. Press play and follow along. Do what you can. Take baby steps. Baby steps count as long as you're moving forward. If you follow these workouts along with a healthy, low-carbohydrate diet you can reduce your body weight. What is your body weight goal? What is your height? Age?

  • That will definitely work. You'll be a new man in a month. You should take pictures of yourself now because you and the people around you won't notice the changes taking place in your body each day. Then you'll run into someone you haven't seen in a few weeks they'll be like, "Wow"! :D

  • DUDEEEEEEEEE!!! just those 2?!?!! how effective is it if i do those once a day everyday? and do i have to go on a diet for it to work or i can eat whatever and still do it? How many Lbs should the kettle be? does 5lbs work the same as 10lbs since its only focusing on the belly?

  • @agahajak My 80 year old grandmother uses 10 pounds kbs. 10 lbs. is not enough for a young man. Also, these two exercises are not enough. That would get boring and your body would adapt to the training stimulus quickly. The best way to burn belly fat is to work all of the muscles of the body with progressive strength training. Strength training builds muscle that reshapes the body and burns belly fat. I have 70+ workouts that fit this criteria on my channel. You'll need to alter your eating too.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies LOL ouch, i was just asking if the weights matters for this. are there any meds or a certain type of food or drinks that would help me burn fat faster while i workout? like protien shakes?

  • @agahajak LOL Yes, the amount of weight you use matters. You could start with 5 - 10 pounds if you're a complete beginner. Even if that's the case you will quickly grow too strong for that poundage. You should purchase some dumbbells and/or kettlebells. Get kettlebells because you'll get more bang for your buck from them. No need for meds. A fat burning trick is to workout first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and a double espresso. You can feel the fat leaving your body. Shakes? "EAS".

  • @HardTimesHardBodies I used to work my biceps so i guess i'll start off with a heavier kettle, thanks for your help dude god bless

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Hey like you said if i do the same excersice over and over my body will get used to it, what if i use this video's workout and another one of your video's workout and switch between those two? like do this one today and do the other one tomorrow and repeat? will that work?

  • @agahajak Yes sir, that will work! You will notice strength improvements every workout. What was your goal? Do you have a goal body weight?

  • @HardTimesHardBodies My goal is to reduce my belly fat

  • @agahajak Okay, what's your current "naked" body weight, goal body weight and age?

  • @HardTimesHardBodies i havent checked my weight in a while so im not sure what it is now, i'll go and buy the weight scale sometime this week and i'll let you know. thanks man really appreciate what you're doing.

  • @agahajak You're welcome! Pick up a digital food scale too. That's the only way to precisely record how many calories you are ingesting in every day. You'll need a 500 calorie deficit, 500 below your daily estimated energy expenditure, each day, to achieve one pound of fat loss each week. If you're motivated you'll see faster results - 2+ pounds of fat loss each week. Amazon has a good one for 25 dollars: "EatSmart Precision Pro Digital Kitchen Scale, Silver".

  • @HardTimesHardBodies okay :D do you think this schedule will work? Day 1: Do the excercises in this video. Day 2: Run/swim for 30minutes Day 3: Rest and repeat them 1 more time and on sunday is a catch up day/rest day?

  • this is awesome! i'm going to try this while jogging tomorrow

  • Hey, i want to burn my back lower waist fat can you help me?

  • @IbanezGio122 Yes. All of the workouts on this channel burn fat and build muscle. Do the workouts and support the work with the correct nutrition regimen and the fat on your lower back will be reduced. If you have questions let me know.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Thanks, i run everyday for 20-25 mins on 7.0km (treadmill) is it enough?

  • @IbanezGio122 It sounds like you're only doing steady state cardiovascular training. That's good however, research and my personal experience suggest that a more effective strategy might be a progressive resistance training program coupled with a nutrition strategy that supports your goal of fat weight loss. Progressive resistance training (weight training) leads to muscle growth and may prevent protein degradation (muscle loss) during weight loss.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies Thanks, i do resistance training too i will check out your training strategies

  • @IbanezGio122 Cool. Good luck man!

  • will bowling help me lose wieght? im 13 and wiegh 114 and all of the fat iis belly fat

  • @oblivionspeaker You'll burn 180 calories per hour of bowling. If you want to burn the fat off your belly you should train your entire body, vigorously. Exercising the muscles that lay under your belly fat will NOT burn the fat faster. The fastest way to burn off that belly fat is progressive high intensity resistance training, performed in short durations. That means lifting weights in a very specific way. The workouts on my channel ALL do that. Let me know if you have questions. Good luck kid!

  • How long does it take for this to show results because I've lost weight but still have belly fat

  • @Crystalkatana44 You'll see and feel "results" immediately. In addition to these workouts, to lose belly fat you'll need to implement a supportive nutrition program for fat loss. You'll need to go into a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day if you want to lose one pound of fat per week. You can either increase activity levels so that you're burning 500 additional calories per day or you can reduce calorie intake so you're consuming 500 fewer cals per day. For fastest fat loss, do both.

  • @HardTimesHardBodies actually i used to be at 255 now im at 222 but i still have belly fat and MAN BOOBS O_O (im doing insanity)

  • @Crystalkatana44 Cool. Do you have a goal weight?

  • @HardTimesHardBodies under 200 at about...174 or an ideal weight for my height (5'9", im not sure what weight i should be)

  • @Crystalkatana44 It's good to have a goal body weight but there isn't really an "ideal" bodyweight. A good indicator of health and fitness is your body fat percentage and other strength and conditions goals because you could weigh 200 pounds, have a very low body fat percentage and be in excellent shape.
