This is ridiculous. Weiner and the rest of the democrats are not stupid. They MUST know they are wrong. They must know that a the "financial interest" the law refers must be an actual present interest rather than some past payment to a spouse for services rendered.

But they are moving forward with this because they know that it will delegitimize the the inevitable decision by the Court which deems ObamaCare unconstitutional.
