I dont know if you guys can believe but i didnt do this quest 'till i was lvl 15-17, pretty late huh? but the funny thing is when i did this quest in my current level (race:orc, birthsign:warrior, and in full orcish armor except dwarven helm lol) these guys were not in fur armor but in elven armor and they weild glass weapons except one weilds an ebony sword which i kept it :D

@nuke359 figurerd it out 3 months ago after i commented lol. Except I just bolted out before they came in and attacked them. They're there as soon as the shopkeeper leaves.

Being the kind of person I am, as soon as he left the shop I would take EVERYTHING there. Then blame it on the theives and do them in. ;)

where is the cheydinhal's fighting guild leader i cant find him, everytime i go to the cheydinhal fighters guild hes not there!

I don't know about the xbox version, but in the PC ver. the thieves are outside his shop immediately after you talk to Norbert. So quickly go outside, frenzy them, and watch them kill each other.

what do you mean Frenzy them? and how do you do it?

Use the frenzy spell. The one that makes npcs attack anyone next to them. The guards usually come and start shooting too.
