I lold. PvP in MMOs in pretty much based on gear, numbers and levels. There is no skill factor. If you're looking for skill in a player versus player environment play an FPS game.

The hard part in PVE is coordinating 10-25 and in older times 40 people. Good raid leading and communication is necessary. It's not a matter of skill, it's a matter of people being aware of what to do.

The stereotype of women being healers seems to be a stereotype that is true. I have been in three guilds with female leaders and all of them were healers. Holy Preist, Resto Druid and Holy Paladin. In these cases though, I think there is a reason for that.

All of them were either dating or married to the main tank of our guild. I think that in this case it was a symbol of the relationship. You ask any tank who is favourite player in a raid is and he is going to tell you the main healer.

The thing is it's like driving, most of the girls suck, but you get a good one every once in a while, We've had 5 dif girls pass through us (we are a 10 men raiding guild) and just so happens the best one was a tank, and we downed LK for the first time (on 10% buff) with her tanking, and it was cool.

They are a little loud at first, but it's a nice variation..
