any sheltie care tips? i am really close to getting one (maybe next month) it depends if we can find a breeder where we live. can you make special orders at pet stores? for example you ask for a certain type of dog and they get it for you? if i ask for a sheltie puppy (female) will they find one for me? or do i gotta hope one will show up? thanks i advance!
Beautiful Dog! Shelties are awesome. I have 2 shelties right now, and had another one that died several years ago. They are so unbelievably smart its almost scary sometimes.

A "special" Sheltie just get loose, broke into our fence and breed with my CKC Boston Terrier! Quite an interesting brood of 7 pups!
