Its a small flat head screwdriver, also apoxie sculpt cleans up with soap and warm water. I have, since this video, started using gloves since it makes quite a mess.
I belive he took a spiderman toy and melted parts of it and then did what he did I'm gonna try it with some polymer clay see if i can just super glue it in...

I use a rotary tool with a bore tip to make the holes and then use "aves apoxie sculpt" in the holes to make the skeleton/zombie features.
