I absolutely LOVE Mackinac Island! I've got lots of fond memories from when I was growing up and my parents took me to visit.

Way back in the 1930's, guides to the Fort were Eagle Scouts from all over the state. Jerry Ford had been a guide there, I spent the summer of 1936 as a member of The Governor's Honor Guide. Wonderful memories
