I'm 28, and when I saw pictures of the auction last year, or was it the year before? It broke my heart. The place was falling apart, and it had only been closed for a few months! I went there quite often in my younger days.
@JiggidyNDG yes, yes, true. You were young. I was 16 and I can confirm what you're saying. Everything is fading but the girl with the bear at the end I remember it and it came back to me. I remember thinking it was a dumb commercial, hahaha. Not now, though I love looking back on these now.
That place always did suck. I didn't even like it as a kid.

I'm 26 and I TOTALLY remember seeing this commercial between episodes of He-Man or Muppet Babies!! Oh my goodness! Thundercats HO!!

There's a Santa's Village in Jefferson NH!!!! You should go there! Its a lot of fun!!!
