Yo, you are clearly an ectomorph like me, high metabolism, skinny. Some tips for you.. NEVER go hungry for a minute, 5-6 meals a day. If you train with weights, lift heavy 4-10 reps, unless you are training for some sport where you need to stay light.
Great progress. Don't fall for the "bulk" trap. Fat is fat. Look up this fact on Google: fat cells spilt (doubling the number of fat cells in your body) and fat cells never, ever go away—they just grow or shrink. The trick is to never get those fat cells to split, because a higher number of fat cells in your body means that it will become increasingly difficult to diet down. So eat the right number of calories, don't overeat.
@sipplet2009 but to get more defined like he wants to do you have to build more muscle mass also he has almost no fat to lose so dieting right now would not make much of a difference if he wants to look leaner then he should eat alot now and gain alot of muscle and some fat then diet and he will be much more defined

@ThePredatorAC1 because bulk comes first gain 20 to 30 pounds your muscles will get larger then you diet and you will get better results the bigger you are the more muscle mass you can have and then when you diet youll look much bigger
