Marvel and DC both have superheroes and as I'm sure you know, superheroes don't kill at all, at least not heroes like Spider-Man, Superman, Batman ect. Come on think about it. It wouldn't have made any sense and it would have been out of character for heroes to do that. I was fine with the brutalities, but this game still should have been rated M so the Mortal Kombat characters could use actual fatalties, instead of the ones they used.
