All his ideas are very basic concepts I independently discovered (however I was a smart enough pre-teen child to resolve this after considering for months) during my "Existential crisis" which I experienced at 13 years of age. If you value the planet your looking to take over that's about right. Think of a queen bee, she lives about 50 times longer then the worker bee. If you were told the same about this race of ET, and realize it to be the case; then the taking over of the planet and installing the heads of state doesn't take that long. If you live to be 75 then times that by 50. That's 3,750 years. What could you accomplish?? Just a thought....
