no. But if you r riding your Bike no cop cares but if you r riding a scooter on the road then the cop is like GET OFF!!! and it's stupid because a scooter is easiest to control. Skateboard can slide out from under your legs and bikes can easily stack but scooters (i mean normal scooters not motorscooter)... I hate cops
