I agree with most of the stuff he says, except that corporations are a fiction of the government, they wouldn't exist.

some parks are privatized and they look awesome, Stossel did a piece on it. I mean just think about public toilets in a park... Compare that to privately run toilets. Now tell me who you'd prefer to run them.

@LibertarianChristian They have their advantages and disadvantages. To some extent there are many cases where privatization can be a great solution, though it seems like mostly in affluent/gentrified areas where people are more apt to care about property value, but there are other cases where it can be lame, like when dogs can't go on grass because someone stepped on poop 5 years ago. I can't help but think of some amusement parks as having poorly managed private toilets as a counterexample.

@piratetelecast You are confusing privatized parks run by corporations, with covenant controlled neighborhoods which are run like small communistic parliamentary autocracies headed by over-starbucksed liberal soccer moms. Only in places where people who know nothing about real estate and what people really value in a home and a neighborhood make rules like that. Best part about the free market? The well run corporation controlled neighborhoods will eventually drive the morons out of business.
