@youraveragexboxgamer found it. Its easy to think, but very hard to do it! Its a compination of physics and luck!

You must create a portal in that "jumping" platform with the angle thing , then create a second portal just across in the highest wall as possible. The portal at the platform must stay steady at all times(!!!) . Then you jump , create new portal mid-air , jump into your new portal , create a new one, etc etc repeat till you get the speed you need to jump high from the platform.hard.

Easy all you have to do is shoot a portal where the white fluid is on the roof and put on on another wall and then jump onto the blue fluid and bounce to the other platform

@HolyBomb Your main focus of this room is spreading the white stuff....lol..but you need to get to the outside of the lil room that you drop into. From there you need to drop a second portal on the 2 pillars that are next to each other. You know if its the right one if you look at the one on the right and there is a staircase platform at the top of it. You need to creat a portal on the inner portion of the 2 pillars and then keep moving left to right and moving up as much as you can at a time.

@HolyBomb and when i say keep moving i mean keep moving the portal. Remember one should be on the floor where the white fluid falls and the ohter portal is used to move the white fluid where you need it. You are gonna need white fluid to be on the angles platform as well so that you can put a portal to jump out of when you get to the platform on the pillar closest to it. Let me know if the instructions arent clear and i can try to explain a better way
