You are so strong, keep up the good fight. I find it sad that good lawyers wouldn't be jumping all over this, with the paperwork you have, they have condemned themselves. Are you able to file charges against them individually? The paper work is what it is, and it is proof that they are not following the law, maybe try to get those forms noterised from a notary saying they are actual government documents and then charge them all individually.
