@a4238088 Yea that's Adrian zmed's fault after ABC cancelled the show after 4 seasons they didn't want to pay them anymore to keep the show running. So CBS brought the show back for the 5th season. I don't know if you remember but CBS changed the show timing until after midnight. I guess they wanted to compete with carson or something lol. So CBS offered a higher offer to keep the show alive Shanter, Locklear, and Darrian all agreed to it but Zmed, because he wanted a higher percent of the show.
Yep, I know & I remember that they had moved this show to late nights on CBS in the Fall of 1985 @coololds85, but according to my information Adrian Zmed departed the show to explore bigger projects after the 4th Season ended in the Spring of 1985!

Unfortunately I dont know exactly what time CBS used to show TJ HOOKER during its last season before its cancellation @coololds85, but from what I've read it was shown late at night around 11PM or 12PM.
Perhaps@coololds85, but I just wish Sony would release the remaining last 3 Seasons on DVD though, because it would be better so we can watch them complete & uncut like they were originally shown on their original airdates on ABC, not like they were when this show was shown in reruns on A&E!

Its so true, I saw every episode in the full complete series of T.J. Hooker, but only one episode in the 5th season.
