It was a fun night where we paid to be the cooks under the chef's supervision. The Chef is one of the best in the world. We had a special area of the kitchen to ourselves and all the sou chef work was done in advance for us. A wine tasting preceded the meal preparation. It was a fantastic night! The chef's fun loving attitude is one of his best qualities but if you were to ask his staff there is nothing unprofessional about him. I hope you are as successful as Michael.

The chef should pick his act up. He wouldn't last 5 mins in my kitchen.!
