once these cars overheat they start to sound like that. Rods and lifters. engine needs rebuilt. If you cant get it fixed with a lower end rebuild, then you will have to rebuild the top end as well. around 2K-3K$

mine does that when its cold outside but it comes from my alternator, could just be a bearing on the pully.

just over 250,000, just rebuilt the engine too. Runs like a dream.
