But the build quality on notoriously BMW are poor. 2010 consumer report Rate BMW as least reliable euro car. I dont really see why people are saying they should both be stock, 04 and up sti you cant really get for under 14,000$ you can pick up an e36 m3 for like 6000$. Huge price-gap and not exactly fair especially considering when they were made e46 stock is more fair...... obviously an sti would win even with an iffy driver.
