  • WOW! thats crazy

  • @Avataryoutuification There was no year zero.

  • Extreme Makeover: Planet Edition

  • FOR AMAAAAAAZING FACTS, JUST TYPE IN THE BOX :

    scientific facts in the Quran

  • i JUST got done washing the dishes!!

  • God wants you on that planet so you can think about Him while you die.

  • IMA FIRIN’ MAH PLANETS! BWLAAAAHHHHHH!!!! ;)

  • Chuck Norris roundhouse kicked the planet into another one...

  • Yeah, totally awesome!

  • I imagine one thing that would happen is that when the objects get closer together the force between the 2 would escalate at an exponential rate, so they would actually be accelerating towards each other rather then simply moving towards each other. (pretty sure thats Newtonian physics, fuzzy memory) Although Im not sure what kind of visible effects that would create. But Im like you in that Im very curious about it.

  • Im pretty sure that it would be complete mutual annihilation, and youd be left with the kind of stuff that comprises Saturn's rings. Nonetheless, excellent video Airboyd, I enjoyed it.

  • @EdMcStinko well if the speed was realtime as in this video then yes I'd expect it to shatter everywhere but reality might be much much slower. maybe just a bit above escape velocity in which case I'd expect it to become one and all the kinetic energy turn to heat.

  • I'd really like to see a physically good simulation of such a collision. this seems to just be an artistic rendering, not physics based.

I wonder if there will even be light at the edge of intersection. my guess is they'll just be blobs of liquid merging until the shockwaves bring out the molten core to the surface and all hell breaks lose.

I wonder what speed they would hit at and if there would even be significant ejecta or just a new blob

  • LOL some ppl think its real and scared hahaha this was so FAKE RME

  • @skulldragon60 It's not 'fake', it's a simulation. Don't be so retarded in your thinking.

  • KAMEHAME-HA!!!!

  • Wooow

  • That better not happen. I just finally got my lawn looking good. I will totally sue somebody.

  • @tuberaider1000 LOL!! For the sake of your lawn, may Earth never get pulverized by another planet. ;p

  • @antred11 it happened once before.

  • mega oned

  • I wonder if i would get hot then....

  • Fake and Gay

  • @LoLThaNoobChief

    Ah, you sure it's fake?

  • @LoLThaNoobChief of course it's fake, moron

  • @LoLThaNoobChief

    no fake!

  • i'm a geek i love learning about space and time

  • 0:36 is nice

  • I think both bodies would undergo significant deformation prior to impact due to gravitational effects on each other. They would already be significantly deformer and coming apart before even touching. They would look like eggs with molten ends...

  • @geocam2 Not really. The force of gravity is actually very weak. It takes something with the mass of Earth to pull us down at 9.8m/s, but we can exert more force then gravity simply by pushing a piece of paper up. If we couldn't we wouldn't be able to lift paper or anything else for that matter.

  • @geocam2

    dude its just a video

  • same happens to mars many years ago... he was probably terraformated, but than other planet destroyed its magnetick field, so atmosphere disapears, so water do... water was thrown into space...

  • @bobika123456 good point

  • Something not so different from this happened in the Vega system some (astronomical) time ago.

  • Great animation, a lil bit of music would've been nice. Cool stuff.

  • i'd hate to be on any of those planets

  • You are on one of those planets.

Luckily, Earth won the battle and Thiea ceased to exist and what was left became the moon. You'll find loads of videos on Youtube where animation shows it.

I have done one, so has 1RadicalOne who has commented above. Although I agree with ya mate, not good thinking the ground would turn to lava beneath our feet! XD

  • @ProjectVRD: Yeah, but that was a long, long, LONG time before humans.

  • Seriously? I gotta check that out

  • Another will happen but dont worry we will be dead.

    :)

  • end of world

  • If I was on that planet do u reckon ill survive if Im in a tent held up by sticks, not the Kmart kind but, like, um, like some metal sticks?

  • As long as you had a suitably rugged tarpaulin draped across your stiffened rods.

And remember to duck and cover.

  • lol... i think a the metal legs of that tent would melt in a few minutes mate. But still better to try than sit on your ass and wait for it XD

  • Raped?

  • This is how Chuck Norris plays billiards. ;-)

  • can u please tell me what software u used for animating this?

  • Actually the moon bumped into earth :)

  • KAAAABOOOOOOMMMMM!

  • Wow! Now that is cool!

  • Great animation, but even with that much force it STILL wouldn't light up when crashing.... maybe a faint glow at most....

  • Its possible, there is a huge amount of force when a collision such as that would happen, the rock is vapourised and the outer layer is lost, while the smaller of the two would be absorbed into the larger one. The huge amount of friction and force would generate huge amounts of heat, and as a result, light.

  • Not the same kind of light as I see here... different things make different colored light... helium, hydrogen burn basically white..... rock itself won't burn hot enough to make white light... therefor it would only make a glow....

  • Ahh i rewatched the video and I see what you mean, you were referring to the bright flash on impact I guess. I missed that the first time round, your quite right it wouldn't have flashed like that.

  • It would be frightening yet intriguing to see none the less. :-)

  • You are dumb!

Sky lights up so much even from a single nuclear explosion. Actually you could lose your sight if you directly watch nuclear explosion within dozens of kilometers.

Now collision of a plannets is equivalent of billions or even trillions of nuclear explosions at the same time. It's Unimaginable energy.

  • Last time I checked, nobody has witnessed a planar collision.

Last time I checked, iron doesn't split & create fission even at extremely outrageous temperatures/pressures.

    Its actually VERY imaginable energy.

  • love the sounds quality

  • looks like venus

  • thats notning over dramatized to.

  • for all the people that thought i was being sreious about the 2012 thing it was a joke wich apperantly no one got

  • Planet (x).

  • so thats whats in a wonder ball

  • so is this 2012?

  • No, read the discription:PP

  • i know i was just poking fun at the 2012 theory lol.

  • @stalingrenhatten Jesus was born 4 years before the year 0, the catholic church found out during pope leos time but could not be bothered to change the dates as it would cause too much trouble, hence it's 2014 now and 2012 never happened..

  • No, stupid.

  • No dumbass read my other comment

  • That looked like it got kinda hot. I am thinking to go with sunscreen, SPF factor #5,000???

  • OVER 9000!!

  • what the fu...

  • pimp

  • obama did it!

  • 2 planets Wasted. lol

  • mars is the one they think is gna crash into us in 100 billion years

  • fuk that shit this world will be dead in 100 years bet u 100 million

  • lmao

  • why did ppl give thumbs down to this? haha he obviously kidding, and it's kinda funny... o.O lol

  • imagine if that happened right now.....lol

  • Holy crap lol..

  • talk about reforming the human species Lawl

  • WOW!!! That's what you call an explosion!

  • wow, what it must have looked like in real life.

  • you dont want to know
