Best melo death sound could be debatable but they do have a unique sound that fits very well together. I love the agonist..one of my favorite bands. Why is it that everyone is always talking about the Chicks??? You guys have got to give some credit to the rest of the band!!! They are all really amazing people!!! I can say that i have had the pleasure of meeting them all ad can tell you that they are all talented. Simon Mckay is actually the best drummer you can hear live and on studio!! His drumming is sick as hell!! Danny, Paco, and Chris really know how to get the crowd going too!!!

i accept that all the musicians have there talents, but as with any band, NOT just female fronted ones, the lead singers do get most mention, its a sad truth but still a truth.

i LOVE the guitar's in this, they are amazing, but Alissa just stands out as the 'star' of the band. looks don't even enter into it. (being as you can't see her on CD's XD)

also, Chris Penny is the best drummer XD (just my Opinion)

I Personally like to give credit to each member of the band, but then again in some cases one member does just stand out at ridiculously good! as with Les Claypool or Mike Patton

I'ma second that. I saw these guys in Montreal, and it was the first time I ever thought to myself "Damn, that is some amazing drumming!!!." Danny's guitar work is superb as well. I guess a female vocalist is still a novelty to some folks, which is a shame because this is a band of phenomenal musicians all around, not just another female fronted metal band.
