@stormXquikscope i have the salvo, i use it for speedball, but it is definitely not built for speedball. it will work, but you wont be able to lay down a line unless you have a response trigger because of the single trigger. the project salvo is also a pretty heavy and big gun, so it is better for woodsball but i use it for rec play in a speedball course

If you are just playing with some friends for some fun, a Brass Eagle is ok. But if you want to get serious with paintball and play often or play speedball, I wouls highly suggest getting a better semi-auto marker, such as an entry level Spider, or Tippmann. Make sure to have fun! Thats the important part.

For the level you are at, and what you can afford, a 98c is great. You don't need the fancy electro in the woods, it helps, but you don't NEED it. I am 18 and have been using a Spider Deluxe for a few years. Its Semi-auto, but i have yet to be outplayed at my local woodsball field. I took on a group of 5 kids who were a few years younger, and all had fancy expensive equipment, with just my friend who rented a 98c, and i killed all 5 w/ headshots. My new Milsig will arrive in 2 days.

Basicly, In the woods, SKILL is the most important thing, and working for a couple years with that Tippmann 98 will MAKE YOU A BETTER PLAYER. But start saving a few hundred dollars, and eventually after your skills are increased buy a nice ETEK3 or go milsim magazine-fed like i am, with the Milsig makers. Good luck, and have fun!

@chodemufin he means you switch firing hands so if ur firing with your right hand on the right side of the bunker you "switch" and shot on the left side of the bunker with you left hand...

i am 100% amature...i show up in teeshort and shorts...rental equipment but play with superior tactics and lots of heroics.....when you wear uniforms like these guys...and join groups of other insecure mildly skilled players with TOP END GEAR you become a target for people like me who dont play often but outclass you in every aspect accept for quality of gear

Evreyone who is saying what if he pops up... Okay this is a VERY QUICK move! He forgot to add that part. This is kind of a wrap around snap shot. You make sure guy on right is bunkered contine to keep him down while you come around, pick off another lane to the left then come back to the right quickly.

I don't think you actually have to take a step around your bunker to wrap, thats too much exposure, especially if all you have is the guy in front just under pressure and not eliminated, if he snaps out and take 2-3 decent shots your way I don't think you'll be able to "step" back into the bunker fast enough, half the time people can't even snap fast enough to get out of the way and thats just their upper body involved. Just my 0.02.

That's why you do the move when you have your mirror down. Once he's ducking, you can wrap around and shoot to the inside, then if your mirror comes back up you can slide back into your normal shooting position behind the bunker. It's not a move you always use, just when you have opportunity.
