  • Hey Lee how long did it take you to get so strong and big? I'm the same height as you so that's why i am wondering

  • @pavy415

It's an on going process. But after 5 years of steady training I entered my first bodybuilding competition.

  • gud stuff

  • great :)

  • @BiGGShawn9

    Yes and Yes.

  • @leemhayward What if I lifted like I needed to and had a plan. but I still ate junk but mixed it with good stuff?

  • @lordvoldemort578

You can still build muscle and get stronger, but chances are you'd also gain some excess bodyfat in the process as well from eating junk food.

  • @leemhayward thanks lee

  • @leemhayward DEADLIFTS OR SQUATS?

  • @lordvoldemort578

That's like asking blondes or brunettes... The answer is BOTH :-)

  • Hey Lee

I wanna reach a certain body size etc. Once ive reached that size what do i do to stay that size and not get any bigger?

  • @brenlwood

Don't worry about getting "Too Big". That's literally impossible. Your chances of getting "Too Big" are about the same as your chances of "Making Too Much Money"... It anit going to happen. And if by chance you do start to get "Too Big" then just stop training and you'll lose your muscle mass pretty quickly. Just like if you make too much money, just stop working and you'll lose your money pretty quickly :-)

  • @leemhayward So dont stay on the same weight for ageese just stop for a few weeks?

  • @brenlwood

You don't need to plan for building too much muscle, trust me it's not that easy to build muscle mass. I've never met a person yet who has unintentionally got too big from weight training. It's like saying I don't want to go to school because I'm afraid I'll get too smart. Or I don't want to get a job because I'm afraid I'll make too much money. It just doesn't work that way.

  • @leemhayward lol love the examples, But I was wondering what you think about cytogainer,? and what protein shake would you reccomend for increased reps during lifting and more energy? besides creatine =) Thanks LEE!!!

Just do a search for "Bodybuilding Supplement Guide" I've got a full video series covering supplements.
