That whole pyramid is just one piece of superb engineering. I wonder if Cleopatra could tell Julius Caesar something about its origin, as the thing was already about 2500 years old at that time. Roughly 2000 years separate us from Cleo & Jules, and most of what we know about them is...not that much.
A group of 6 to 8 middle aged, English speaking, well-to-do, bribed the guards to keep most people out (somehow my kids and I got in), white folk. They held hands in a circle around the sarcophagus, blocking the rest of us out, and chanted. Very odd indeed.
i suggest you read alan arelsfords book gods of the new millenium on this building best idea ever put forward and once you read it no turning back on how you view it i dare you all read it :)
Nice video! HOW did you manage to get inside with the camera? When I was there in September 2006 they were controlling and scanning everyone at the entrance. It was impossible to take pics or make videos inside. Did you give them money or how did you manage to do this? Next question: what kind of sounds are these what can be heared in the King´s chamber? When I was there there was no sound, it was silent like in a grave (well, it actually is a grave)...
They say that because of a simple grafitti that says Khufu. But that is the equivalent of constructing the twin towers and then writing its name outside with a sharpie
im doing a report on the great pyramid/khufu so this really helped!
thx!

As it was built 12500 years ago, it could not have been Khufu's, nor was it a tomb.

I wonder if a Stargate could fit inside the King's Chamber ...
DuracellEnergizer 3 years ago
i think it could fit, BUT i don't think you'd want to use it there, when a wormhole is established it would blow a huge hole in the wall

Tell the truth. It is not Khufu's Pyramid.
They say that because of a simple grafitti that says Khufu. But that is the equivalent of constructing the twin towers and then writing its name outside with a sharpie

It must be hot in there, humidity. I'd like to see a documentary though.
