The band looks burnt out, I seen VH here in Chicago early October and they were on there game. Eddie looked drunked and sort of reminded how he looked and played on the 2004 tour. The band does not sound the same without Michael Anthony!

yep, he's drunk, I saw the second night in Greensboro, 5th row, one of the best shows I've seen in 20 years, and possibly the best VH show ever...and that's from someone who's seen every tour since WACF...

I was honestly disappointed on the second half of this show on the 30th. He was solid up until ice cream man, and then it all went south... not sure what was going on... I still enjoyed it 1000% but was kinda bummed he wasnt on his game. I wondered if the 28th was better. I figured he was a little drunk from the vegas parties. Owell... I am stil jazzed to have seen the band...

i was there on the 30th too and what i saw was good except for i thing Roth might be a little more of a "Homo" (way he dressed,walked,sang, and also everytime he went near eddie, eddie walked away)

I was at the show on the 30th. The last part of the show the booze hit him. He stumbled a few times while stepping on his foot switches. Alex looked concerned during his solo. Lets hope this was just a celebration for the end of 1st leg and New years and of course when have we all been to Vegas for 3 days and not partied. Lets not forget this guy is human and I can remeber in 78, 81 and 84 they were all buzzed rocking out! VH with Roth Rocks

this show sucked. i expected VH and got a drunk, wasted, washed up hack. I would have enjoyed a tribute band more - it was that bad.

On the 28th I had a feeling Eddie started drinking again. I could just tell when he came out after a break with a headband on and cigarette in his mouth. He was much looser too and having fun, but sloppy at points. Having seen him in San Jose 2 weeks earlier, I could see a change. It worked well on the 28th for the fun of the show and the band interactions, however I wonder if this is the beginning of the end. I sure as hell hope not.

I was at one of the private rehearsals before the tour started and at the Vegas show on the 30th. There definitely has been a change...

Vinny, I agree. I have been a VH fan for 30 years and I have never heard him play a solo as bad as what he did on the 30th. The look on his face even showed that he was frustrated.
