  • This old man doesnt dance....that particular dance in this video is weak. the goodwill's and leanderr both compete and they both dance great.... they are champions and make the best of dancing telling stories as they dance. leander still dances. he beat them all...even the "runners"...those that run around in the arena. DANCE! don't run!!!!!!!!

  • He got them Jordan's.... hell yeah

  • His ankle is toast in that last dance move.. You can see it twist and then he reach down to grab it..

  • @triggerfivestar That was his ender. Didn't you hear the song end?

  • UNCLE! :D

  • Real smooth and flowing thats how I like it!

  • you gotta move with the times if you want to compete

  • Are you kidding? You call that grass dancing?? Oh HELL NO! If you want to see a REAL grass dancer, an Oglala Sioux from Pine Ridge, my husband, go to my page and click on one of the videos I have of him..he dances OLD SCHOOL..the way it was meant to be..not this contemporary stuff..he is the real deal.

  • @eaglespiritjd come on don't have to disrespect the way people dance their style's thats not the meaning of pow-wow! and Randy is my uncle.

  • @eaglespiritjd Tell me... What is OLD SCHOOL ehh?

  • @eaglespiritjd .... the way of Grass Dancing is to flatten the grass before all other dancers... They try to imitate the grass blowing in the wind, or the mane on a horse.

This dancing here is very, VERY good.

    HE is the real deal..

  • its doesn't get any better than Mr. RANDY "THE GREAT ONE" PASKIMEN

  • this is my 1st year as a grass dancer and getting roached next year

  • mr. paskimen .....awesome dancer.....see how his footwork is...thats the way grassdancers shuld dance!...unlike other dancers...they do moves on the left plus the right....and alot of footwork...and keeping time with the beat....and not dancing too wildly...........

  • you dont have to be from a certain tribe to do a certain dance. u dont have to be from the any tribe remotely close to where that dance originated. all u have to do is love that style of dance with all your heart.

  • @the430miler LOVE your words! that's wat i've been tryin to get accross here! i'm Apache and dancing Grass but people don't really approve of me doing it

  • ur welcum. tell them u can do any type of dance u want. also remember that grass dancers are every bit as talented as fancy dancers. alot of fancy dancers are given more credit just for their outfits. alot of their dancing looks tougher just because of their outfit swaying in different directions. when in reality, grass dancers are every bit as talented, if not more talented, than fancy dancers. im a runner & grass dancer. make all my own outfits and got my own swagg. have fun & enjoy ursel

  • good dancing there

  • There used to be grass.....all the way to the east coast...until Cristoval Columbo came and took it all away with his greed...and then the Europe came

  • the fucking maddans dont live on grassy plains so they wouldn't have to even have grass dancers to stomp down the grass to make a camp site. look up ur history before you go saying shit. sioux made this dance up iand i represent my fucking nation as a sioux

  • Everyone has their own legend and belief of how grass dance orginated in their nation so why don't you act appropiate for your age. Kids as little as 5 could be on here watching this.

  • settle down..........

  • im a scalp yer sioux head off im ojibway u internet banger

  • hahahahahaha. too bad your fucking ancestors couldn't do that 100 years ago when we was whoopin there asses back to canada

  • when I was skinnin some hide

  • This is very intriguing I must say. :)

I'm learning about the Plains Indian tribe and how they do the Grass Dance in a music course.

  • Omahas originated...hatcha

  • don't think so, It is said and it is done. The Mandans originated this dance. Get yr tribal history facts stated as such and then you can say otherwise. If so I promise to give you a humble apology my friend.

  • HETCHA...,this dance comes from the Mandans..gives respect to the three Afiliatiated Tribes AHO!
