I just ran across this EFT session and it was the most helpful..I didn't realize how much i needed until I started crying during the I forgive myself round near the end..Wow! I will have to repeat this one daily for awhile to clear the feelings I have toward myself..Thanks so much...Also agree with the comments that you are like a friend though we have never met. It is what I look forward to starting my day or ending it with a shot of EFT with Brad Yates ..It takes me to a more positive place

And this one was the cherry on top to close the circle because I woke this morning thinking of old work colleagues which was weird. And since there is no such thing as coincidence, it's obviously what I needed.

This tapping has helped rinse away the remnants of my negative memories.
