it is acts like that, that make me stay far away from black friday sales. i am not afraid to be hurt, i am more afraid to see what horrible acts my fellow human beings can commit for a great sale on a TV. perhaps there is an evolution, those who still act like animals and those who evolved in to true human beings. God help us and have mercy upon us. may nothing like this ever happen to anyone on my watch.

I hate to sound rude, but many of you are way off base.

What you've seen is a well-documented crowd behavior called bystander effect. In dense crowds, ordinary people like us are actually LESS likely to intervene because we loose our sense of personal accountability in groups that size (see: Latane-Darley, 1968).

It has nothing to do with your country or what year this is. It's about putting YOUR OWN CHOICES under the microscope before anyone else's. No one did that for Mr. Vance.

Who is to blame, people who do not pay attention, focusing on the damn sales, the person who decided to go shopping at 12:15 am or corporations, who do the impossible to attract buyers into sales. 11.4 billion dollars in sales over last year. Corporations do not care if you're Republican or Democrat, black or white, poor or middle class, they do not care. The only thing they care is money. Who's to blame?

Actually Walter Vance was a man who was shopping for Xmas decorations for his shop. While he was lying there on the ground, dying, shoppers walked around him, even stepped over his body. They were blinded by their own greed.

I am 13. I admire Obama's courage to help a nation that cannot even help a dying man on the ground. Most of all, I am ashamed that we cannot help people in need.

Sad man...that man may have fought for this nation. I bet he was one of those heros who fought for the bastards who ran over him for some damn toy. I said enough, it makes me sick that this is at least 50% of Americans...so called Americas that is. I could never watch or keep up with all that news because I already lost faith in humanity just about. It's depressing to think of how our grandfathers fought and died for this nation. One nation united and would take the shirt of their backs to make a soldiers uniform, take old scrap metal and tires and send it in to make bombers and bomber tires, tanks and such during WWII! Those we're Americas, what we have now who call themself Americans...well many are less than animals. Great nation!!!!
