Disasters happen all the time and people that are more prepared are usually the ones that are better off. maybe the disasters that seem unlikely are a waste of time but others are not and besides its better to be ready for anything. Just because you prepped for a hurricane doesn't mean you're going to be like "oh no i prepped for a hurricane, not a tornado!" There is nothing wrong with prepping.

The first definition of the word "world" in the Longmann dictionary is: "The planet we live on, and all the people, cities, and countries on it." If we have the same definition of "end" and "world", then you should understand why I say it's a waste of time to prepare for that. We might have a different point of view of the "end of the world" though
