I heard this song a long time ago (before the Internet) and loved it. I heard plenty of songs by Foreigner (before the Internet). I didn't know this was one of them until rather recently (after YouTube).
Your right Gramm is a ballbreaker to Sing. This is the guy who I've practiced on the most. He sings with Power and Range. The toughest song I've run up against Singing wise, is "Break it Up".
Kelly Hansen is Foreigners Guy out front at the moment. Go to their Official Website it's well put together. Kelly is pretty good, and so is that Phillipino Guy who Sings for Journey. But they are not as good as the people that were out front. I'll say one thing for Taylor he is one hell of a songwriter. Heart Turns to Stone is a killer Rock Song. Gramm was instrumental in developing the lyrical ideas and also was a participant in the melody.

Gramm's vocals are a bitch if you're not fully warmed up and in good physical shape. Kelly Hansen does a great job but like a lot of us, we lower the key down a half step. Lou is an insiration to me. Gramm was great no doubt about it, underrated in my opinion. This brain surgery operation ended his career. It's real sad, but one of the things I felt about Foreigner playing live was Mick Taylor the main songwriter always went cheap, never able to reproduce what thye record sounded like, not even close and that riles me up. He's a cheap bastard and his fans dont deserve it. Ive got a live Concert of theirs and it sucked beyond belief..
