This made no sense when I first saw it in 88 and makes no sense now. Why is the heat ray all of a sudden affect things like a "skeleton beam" (which came from the wing tips of the war machines) with it's glowing disintegration of objects. If you are going to try and things in to the 1953 movie, why didn't they do their homework more?

I did read while loading.

I feel the tube is somewhat much slower than it used to be, maybe because they allow all sorts of huge files on now..who knows.

Whatever it is I seem to do more waiting than viewing these days.
