  • The quality of your voice makes it sound like people did in older movies. It's very cool.

  • you did better then i could ever do =]

  • I always say this when I am on the toilet only I change it to "out...damn shit..out out I say"

  • Actually this is good.

    You did a great Job.

  • you really did pull off the crazy, it's so hard to do because you have to pull off so many emotions at once it really wasn't that bad...... you're your own worse critic.

  • .........

  • its hard to see your facial expressions, tie your hair.

  • Dont take it down! I think you did great! Its such a hard scene to act out- I have to do it for my class on Monday! Wish me well!

  • woow dis was terrible acting

  • @jataboo31 Yes. I know. I am constantly reminded of that fact every time I see that some poor soul has stumbled across this video. And that is why I'm taking it down.

  • This performance is like a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying NOTHING.

  • @counselorofelves Mm, like I said, it was probably the worst performance I've ever given.

  • aw, you're too hard on yourself in the commentary. i mean, it is perhaps an awkward performance, granted, but i hope you're not actually disgusted by it.

you have a really impressive vocal quality, and i think, for what this is, you pull it off astonishingly well.

  • This is really good. Ive got an audition tomorrow, and this really helped me get some great ideas on how to act some lines! (: thanks! keep up the good work!

  • me to :D

  • Nice try, you must remember she is sleep walking in this scene. You really lack the intensity that this scene needs and it is not at all haunting. I think you should watch Judi Denchs performance and try again without the worry of your parents hearing you. :D

  • Thanks! I keep meaning to redo it. Actually, I watched Judi Dench's take on it and immediately afterward I had a huge epiphany, but I'd already recorded this and never really got around to redoing it.

  • that was really good, don't take it down! it was good in the beginning, but by the end it was amazing! great job.

  • I performed this Scene in a performing arts festival a few months ago and I won first place... Yayy.. Nice performance.. keep it up.x

  • well, I just saw Judi Dench's performance, and now I'm watching yours. I really like the different tack you've taken on it, it's very interesting and I really like how you're almost sane and then you pull back.

  • Wow, call me: "Idiot of the year", please.

I made my comment before the credits. Geez, I felt cool for a second, too.

P.S. Great Lady Macbeth. I don't know a lot of people that can pull off that role.

  • Oh my God! The song in the background is "Moonlight" 1st mov., isn't it?

  • That was amazing.

    It really was...wow!

    =0

and don't worry about the dubbing...it just doesn't matter compared to how awesome that performance was!

  • i would love to see you do this again!

i think your take on the monologue is very different than i expected.

i think you should have had more pauses and maybe try it a little intense.

    i see great potential.

    =]

  • I fell off my chair. Your performance blew me away. My fiance and I really think your performance was real, emotional, amazing. Keep it real. Remember the feelings you felt when you performed this, and perform true to yourself and people like us will always love to watch you. I'd love to see how you perform when the audio is recorded real-time.

  • i think you need to be more insaine incorparate destrote guilt with maddness and make her seem more like shes in a hypnotic emotional tranace

  • Thanks for the advice. :) It's much nicer to get constructive criticism than, "This is bad."

  • I loved that! =]

It captures the madness so much more. The changes in tempo and the differences in volume were sooo good!

I have just watched the Judi Dench one and I love your one so much more.

    Thank you! =]

  • Urgh.. you can't act! Not as Lady M anyways. I'm sorry, but you dont capture the emotion at all. She's supposed to be overridden with guilt! She's hallucinating- the blood on her hands is symbolic of the guilt at her murderous deeds.

  • Interesting perception though.

  • i agree, you don't really have the right emotions for a woman having a terrifying nightmare. Sorry

  • your goin way to fast, i understand if u were nervous. lady macbeth is supposed distraught... get some passion please!

  • Get some passion, please.

You can't play Lady M without passion.

  • you have no life

  • I love the way you made her seem mad that the spot was on her hand! LOL! Great version! She didn't seem upset, but as if she was complaining! Thats such and interesting way to look at it! I love it! You made her seem bitchy! LOL!

  • shes ment te b upset tbh

  • I feel as though you are not detached enough--as a person who is sleepwalking. You do capture "losing the mind," but you seem focused, as opposed to not.

  • I thought you were great!

I've worked 25 years at the state mental hospital and I think you have captured the madness well.

  • wow, you are bad

  • i am currently doing lady macbeth for high school (all boy school) and i wanted to say that honestly....this is the best lady macbeth on youtube.. u provide me with a different way to look at the scene... no im not gonna steal the way you do it but i will however take notes! thanks for posting!

  • out damn spot

    (lets have SEXSEXSEX)

  • Cool =)
