depends on the corn snake.. i have 2 that dont climb at all so i have them in a shallow 8 foot viv (seprate vivs by the way, i have 2)

@looterwolf yes you can keep 2 babys in a 5 or ten gallon but when they get bigger youy gonna have to upgrade. i would say a 30 gallon long for one snake then add like 10 or 20 gallons so around 45-50 gallon tank. im sayin this much cause i no your probobly gonna go overbored with decoration like me and its gonna need some room for the both of them

i got one over a week ago and to start with she kept striking at me and kept getting very restless when holding her but now i've been holding her every day for the past 5 days and shes really calm now, atm shes only in a small viv but i will be getting a much larger viv to go in. also u feed them new born mice "pinkies" there very cheap roughly 35p each and they are fed ever 1 week so is £1.40 for 1 month lol.

Doesn't really matter too much. I have a strict 'lights out' policy that when it hits 10pm local time, ghost is back in her cage and the lights are out (besides the very very dim 'moon' light, no activity in the room.

Ghost lives in a 20 Gallon-Long. She used to hide, like yours, all the time. I think it was the fact that she was tiny and it was perhaps a defense mechinism to avoid predators while she was small. Now she loves to hang out in the branches and is very inquisitive.

The tank is a 20 Gallon-Long, designed specifically for reptiles and snakes. I picked the tank up from Petco (they were having a sale on the tank and it was the same tank my local reptile dealer had on hand for $79 more).

I don't mean to tell you how to care for your snake, right now I have a corn snake that is 16 years old, so i know a good bit about them. From the video, it looks like you have your ghost under a light, you probably don't want to do that for the simple reason that ghost corns don't have pigment in their skin, and therefore will burn easily, even if it seeks shelter.

Petco stores sell them for 60usd you just have to wait till the get the color pattern in that you want. They go on sale for 40 a few times a year too. Make sure you research what to look out for when buying a snake before you do.

ya, im pretty sure its reptibark, i use it too. but what i noticed when you pour it out of the bag into the tank after the moisture dries it gets dusty and when my snakes move around the get all covered with dust. what i do is let it sit for a while, and use a pooper-scooper to get most of the dust out

Aww! so cute, I had a Ghost Corn Snake, named Ghost,but he died from poisioning. The petstore where we bought the pinkies from took the pinkies out of the freezer and them put them back in agian, making them rotten. So the other place where i got Ghost gave me a rare Striped Ghost. =D I was soo happy, He's the first I've ever seen. I tried looking them up, but found nothing

That's great! Those are kinda rare so you should be VERY happy. I would look into breeding techniques to continue that bloodline/pattern. You could sell them upward to $200 per snake. No lie.

Thank you! I decided I wanted something more natural looking for her. What you didn't see was "Rusty" my Hypomelanistic Corn. He loves hiding in the rock while "Ghost" loves hiding in the brush. Sometimes they like to curl up together in the driftwood or rock.
