i have read this book and its so heart touching and it makes me strive even more to take my education seriously and take my self to a highier successI SO LOVED THAT BOOK♥

they were beaten on a regular basis. they recieved death threats. they had wads of paper lit on fire thrown at them. they had stones thrown at them, they were spat at, they were stabbed, and heckled. then when they went to the teachers, they would do NOTHING to help them.

wth kind of school do you go to where living in constant fear for your life is normal?

Kiera, there was actually some black cologes but they were poorly funded and usualy far away from a majority of students. I am sure you knew that already. :P :)

Have you read Noughts and Crosses? In the first one (Noughts and Crosses...xD), Callum is one of the only whites (or Noughts) who are allowed to go to a black (or Cross) school.

It flips everything on it's head; society is mainly Cross, the Noughts were the slaves, etc. etc.

It's really good! I'd recommend the series to anyone.
