Update: He was sentenced to 41 days in jail and 2 years probation. However, since then, he has had several run ins with the law because of marijuana possession... which we all know shouldn't be a crime anyway... but yeh, at least he didn't get screwed over big time by the justice system.

I was drunk awhile ago and smashed into the local beer store and grabbed a case. I drank some of it on the way home... felt like crap for doing it and called the cops on myself. They didn't even know it was broken into. They took me in and confiscated the beer.. then let me go. I was really remorseful because I have a teenage daughter and was quite ashamed. The judge let me go with a sentence of probation where I didn't have to see a probation officer. I freaken lucked out and am very thankful
