  • Aw! I really feel bad for that guy :( I would hug him!!

  • he is black, he is 17, he is facing conviction in the USA, he is going to jail.

i would hug him, looks hug-able

  • I'd totally give em a hug!

  • whats with the messed up captioning lol?

  • Pellet gun can kill if shot in the eye pr something

  • Update: He was sentenced to 41 days in jail and 2 years probation. However, since then, he has had several run ins with the law because of marijuana possession... which we all know shouldn't be a crime anyway... but yeh, at least he didn't get screwed over big time by the justice system.

  • Punishment shouldnt be based on revenge. He should get punished in some way, but if he is truly sorry and wont do it again...why give him the same punishment as someone who had no remorse and will gladly do it again? Probation or community service, yes. Full out years in prison, no.

  • TYT supreme court, the only court the US needs :)

  • let him go hes just learning from his mistakes!!!!!!

  • He should not be let go. The emergency line was still taken when dunkin donuts made the 911 call over a crime he still committed and in the US you're responsible for everything that happens while you're committing a crime.

  • @fjeffrey10 So if you make a 911 prank call you should be thrown in jail too?

  • He's black, in the US. Sorry son, but you're getting the chair.

  • You can't let him go. But definitely the lightest sentence possible, preferably with no jail time.

  • Took balls to do what he did, Thats being a Man. Correcting your mistakes.

  • Let him go.

    Cause remember he's black.

He's going to go for life.

  • you can kill people with a pellet gun the can be chambered in 22 and can have velocity's of nearly 1000 or over 1000 fps

  • I seriously cannot say Schmoopie Papoopie without laughing.

  • @TheFed0ra really i cant do it either

  • 2:31 I'm not surprised that the black man supports the other black man! BLACK!

  • @Paulwhoisvegan yo man what u said was racist

  • @lilvin69 Okay, let me rephrase...I'm not surprised that the African American man supports the other African American man. I'm also glad that the Turkish man and Armenian woman support the African American Man as well...African American!

  • @Paulwhoisvegan its not how u said it its ur overall message

u notice race and make racial remarks based on it

    thats racist

  • @lilvin69 Okay...I'm sorry for my unintentional racism. I don't want to sound like Dr. Laura!

  • @Paulwhoisvegan I support him too, let him go, and I'm white. Anything to say about that? Let me guess, I am a race traitor. Right?

  • You can die from 1 shot of a pellet gun... it's all about shot placement.

  • He looks like he's 33

  • I don't care if he is sorry. Fucker robbed them. He deserves the chair.

  • he should get 1 year probation, he went back, was sorry and returned the money.

  • A PENCIL IS IS IS! A DEADLY WEAPON

  • you can buy darts for one of those that can kill

  • Does he have multiple personality disorder? It sounds like one of his personalities came out and he woke up the next morning and found the money and went "Noooooo not again."It sounds so weird.

  • Take Off Your Clothes Anna!!!!! Right Damn Now!!!

  • Get the kid to work at the store for a few days or something.

  • itz cuz schmoopie papoopie is black

  • The premise of our whole judicial/prison system is supposed to be rehabilitation, i know armed robbery is serious business but the guy didn't actually have a real gun and he apologized and returned the money. I would've been amazed to see anything worse than probation.

  • this kid got 2 years probation.

  • lol "probation for Alex Jones," i dont think that was an accidental slip up.

  • pretty much anything can be a deadly weapon with enough force. id say the smarty thing to do would be not to show up in person but would it be as sinsere and would they still look for him, thinka-bou-dit

  • @Konvict10000

and you fail at reading usernames and guessing people's ethnicities.

  • @metaitachi So the guy in the video has a username? And i fail at guessing? Yeah. Think before you speak

  • @Konvict10000 No you think before you speak. He works for (and im pretty sure is the leading guy) of a channel and political station called "The Young TURKS". Second, he does not look Indian at all. Put those two facts together, you fail at guessing.

  • He should reduce bail and jail time for trying to give it back !

  • soooooo STUPID with that high bail! SEE THE BIG PICTURE MUCH???

if Alex gets anything higher than probation only for his GOOD BEHAVIOR, anyone who sees this and later commits the smallest of crimes, will probably replace any guilty, remorseful feelings with feelings of indifference and desperation, unnecessarily increasing the likelihood of violent exchanges involving innocent, unsuspecting citizens.

    UBER FAIL!

  • Probably his mom slapped him for being a thief and made him apologize.

    If now then he's awsum.

  • aww scmoopie papoopie

  • Comment removed

  • let him go

  • Yeah, probation for that guy.

If he has no priors, a clean record, let him go.

    He seems genuinely sorry.

  • when is this chick going to be featured on youporn? dam how much more do I have to wait. the agony of it all

  • i would love to hug ana and some other stuff too.LOL!

  • yeah, i agree give the kid a light sentence like probation or su'm. 17's a wacko age, were u do some retarded pointless stuff.

  • He still deserves some sort of punishment, for disturbing the peace if nothing else, but I'd give him a light sentence for the robbery since he was willing to make restitution. Maybe a few dozen hours of community service.

  • i love this chick! She's hot? i want to jizz in her nose lol

  • in her nose? Why her nose? =p

  • She does have R E A L L Y sexy nostrils!

  • u cant steal it an then come back thats retarded he should have thought about it b4hand, that way he wont be facin charges. with that bein said he should get probation nothin more. one more thing, ana is fukin hot, an smart i would do some things 2 her lol

  • your mind really is a blank canvas isn't it?

    :o)

  • I think he deserves the good old fashion belt treatment.

  • That girl's hot but she says totally a bit too much

  • Um... well then why did he do it in the first place?

  • wow, you conveyed exactly what i wuz thinking.

  • His mom probably caught him with the money

  • You got this figured out better than TYT :)

And I think you may be right. :)

  • "his mom caught him with the money", and she sent him back to the store alone... you can't be serious. armed robbery and a $75,000 bond?

  • Let him goooo!

  • he knew what he did was wrong but he should like maybe a year in Juvy

  • totally agree

  • I would so hug that gu ^_^

    :3

  • anyone here who says he should get prison time, should spend the rest of their life in prison.

  • Give the guy community service and some probation.

  • some pellet guns are almost as powerful as 22, close range at the temple, may be

  • i totally agree.

he made a (stupid) mistake, realized it, and asked for forgiveness.

cant they show a little mercy to a 17 year old who made a bad situation a lesson in taking responsibility for your actions?

Let him go! He was smart enough to realize the error of his ways, and i hope hes smart enough not to do it again.

  • he broke the law he should be punished, but i agree the judge should go easy.

  • What a great lesson in taking responsibilty for your actions

  • The chick who called Tom Leykis and admitted to murdering her ex had the charges dropped because the prosecutor felt there wasn't enough evidence- despite her admitting on the air what she had done. This kid robs a Dunkin Donuts for a little over $150 and returns the money and get a $75,000 bond and is gonna be put away for a long time. Sounds about right.

  • hanging judge...

ha...everyone should read that book...its ridiculous

  • You could definitely kill someone with a pellet gun. You can kill a possum or a raccoon with one shot from some pellet guns. I'm sure if you shot someone in the chest 7 or 8 times it could kill them.

  • For sure, I've got a pellet gun that is strong enough to go through two cardboard boxes in a row, with cans inside of them. The pellet got imbedded in the last box side, going through two rows of cans and cardboard...I think you can consider it a deadly weapon. And this one wasn't even that expensive.

  • You know the Dunkin Donuts chick was hot.

  • don't do the time if you can't do the crime

    ....

    wait

  • HaHa!

  • I think his entire sentence should be to work at that same Dunkin Donuts part time nights 6 days a week for free for one year.

  • BULLSHIT. Deadly weapon? Christ then i bought a 12 pack of deadly weapons. Let him go. Like...2 years probation and like a small fine of 1000 dollars.

  • Ana looks very hot here

  • arrrrhhhhhh!!!!!!! my pencil stabbbed me!!! lol jk.

man, for this guy im thinking parrol.

  • LET HIM GO. sending him to jail is to reform the individual. but hes sorry but come on give him community service.

  • "Let him go!"

  • He's black, they'll probably give him life.

  • I was thinking the exact same thing. Robbery with a deadly weapon, and the hug will probably be assault! Or attempted assault, something like that. 10-life, no problems.

  • A pellet gun is a deadly weapon?

Coming back and returning the money is basically the same as confessing to a crime.

His sentence, whatever it's gonna be, is gonna be reduced no matter what.

  • They'll let him go. Remorse counts for something....

  • If not let him go, put him in prison for a few months, scare him about how freaky prison life is, then put him on probation and community service.

COME ON police, go after the BIGGER fish to fry...

  • Give 'em probation.

  • LET 'EM GOOO!

  • lol audadvnc

  • give him a walkthrough and let it be.

  • say "fuck yeah" if you want to tear ana apart

  • I hope your saying tear her apart as in..wanna try something else rather than staring at her..(wink, wink) and not the get psychotic and actually stay true to those words....if you mean the "good way"................FUCK YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • you're at a 10...

i'm kidding. i'm pretty intense as it is. but yes, ana needs to be savagely banged until she forgets how to form her words. i would fuck her so hard she'd de-evolve into primal stages

  • shit he got in more trouble than madoff... this society punishes the poor. kid should get probation and some community service

  • He's under 18. Lucky him. Probation for sure.

  • I love ana's top. It makes me want these vids in HD *hint hint*

  • PROBATION

  • But a pellet gun is a potentially deadly weapon. I used to kill squirrels with one. You shoot somebody in the neck and you could kill them.

  • you should be in jail

  • 30 days in the hole, then let him go. No record.

  • what the hell, he got away with it and u come back, i would say he gets out less then a day

  • Uhm, this guy steals $165 bucks AND GIVES IT BACK and it's an immediate arrest with possible long term jail time.

Madoff robs 50BILLION and fights to keep as much of it as possible and he gets to spend time in his multimillion dollar high raise condo.

Uhm, interesting. So the moral of the story is - if you're going to rob people, rob big or go home and always fight to keep what you stole.

  • its totally different...pointing a gun at someone is different then doing a ponzo scheme.

  • Man, there's something so pretty about Ana that I just can't put my finger on. Hmm..... She' not particularly stunning but I think she's something else.

  • ts her personality.

  • "OF COURSE!!!!"

  • Since he feels bad for the crime, he'll be strong while doing the time.

    It's all good.

  • thumbs up

  • LOL.

Just have him do community service, like working at a soup kitchen for a week. It's obvious that he has a heart and a conscience. It's best to tap into the good side of him while it's still there.

  • HE SHOULD BE PUT TO DEATH !!!!

just kidding... let him go :)

  • let him go...or give him a light sentece wit probation

  • community service for this guy

  • Let him go? What the fuck is wrong with people? ehhh it's just armed robbery, let the kid go....... what the fuck is up with people.

  • It depends. If he's had prior arrests; yeah, full sentence. If it's his first arrest, Give him probation or a lighter sentence. Jail would only fuck him up worse.

  • It was a pellet gun...

  • How is that even relevant? The cashiers absolutlely would not be able to tell the difference between a pellet gun and a 9mm, as they look they same today. If a bank robber goes into a bank, cliaming to have a bomb on him, and will blow the place up if he doesn't get the money. Weither or not he really has a bomb on him has nothing to do with the fact he is commiting robbery.

  • I agree with Curtie. Depends on whether he has a revious record. Is a pellet gun the same as an air-gun in America? If yes then I own a pellet gun that fires with more power than a 22 rifle (1100ft per second). The pellets would go clean through an arm or lower leg. If you pointed it at me I'd sh*t myself and do whatever you said, so would be perfect for an armed robbery.

  • Lesson of the day: Never let your conscience affect your decisions. J/K

The kid should get a light sentence like probation. He obviously felt bad about it, nor does he have the stomach for it. Why put him in the system where he'll be mixing with the more hardened criminals.

  • "Lesson of the day: Never let your conscience affect your decisions"

    Sigged.

  • let em go!!!!!!!!!!!

  • LOL alex jones

  • This case has the potential to show exactly what's wrong w/ mandatory sentencing laws - unless the prosecutor is willing to drop the armed robbery charge, the judge may not have the discretionary power to give a fair sentence - another legacy of Ronald Rayguns.

  • so thats how you spell schmoopie papoopie

  • 180 dollars and gave them back the next day!! LOOL Financial "gurus" are robbing us of billions of $. Give the kid a break.

  • make sit in time out for a while to think about what he's done

  • i hope he doesnt serve serious time

  • Pellet gun, at the very worst, can blind you. Or chip your tooth :P

If by 'pellet gun', you're meaning BB gun. Air rifle can kill though, with a headshot anyway.

  • Yes...he should serve some time for the actual robbery...but really...he's a kid...realized on his own he made bad judgment and wanted to make up for what he did. How often does that happen?? A robber feeling BAD for the robbery?? So much so they come BACK to make it right?

IMO, 2 weeks county jail, 3 years probation and community service...and that's being stern..I've heard of thugs here getting MUCH less and they not give a rat's ass for their victims...

  • Let him GOOOOOOOOO!!

  • LOL right on.

  • PROBATION!

  • he will get plenty of hugs in jail

  • If everybody was giving everybody a hug, the world would be a better place.

  • And now there going to have him in jail for 25 to life that because it is true american justice....

  • One punch deaths are not necessarily a freak accident. We have many of them a year hear in Perth, Western Australia. Makes me think twice before clocking someone.

  • Schmoopie Papoopie, Let em go!!!!

  • yeah why is it "schmoopie" and not "shmoopie"? Like "shrimp" or "shampoo". Maybe it's because of Cenk's German classes he had a while ago.

  • What was Cenk and Ana's convo about her going to court or something?

  • Yeah, I always wanted to know how to write "Schmoopie Papoopie" :D Now I know.

  • It's exactly how you say it ;p

  • Yoo neva no in dee Inglish languich

  • That was so...STUPID.

Now, he's going to get charged with armed robbery. He's going to prison, end of story.

  • He got arrested for GIVING BACK the money? Wow.

  • No, he got arrested for taking the money in the first place. Returing it may get him some leniency though.

  • Alex Jones?!!!

  • The deciding factor on armed robbery is whether or not the person being robbed thought it was a deadly weapon or not.

  • this guy is an idiot. you are black stupid. you don't do that crap unless you are white.

man watch he gets life in jail .. idiot.

  • probation. but if you slap him on the wrist does he do it again?

  • I'd rob ana's donuts.

  • not if I do first.

  • Mom? When did you learn how to use Youtube?

  • ROFL

  • let him go!!!

  • LOL@J9

  • I honestly can't decide on this one. On the one hand he's committed a heinous crime, but on the other hand he's shown remorse, handed back the money and even written an apology? I mean come on, that either takes a lot of balls or a serious amount of stupidity...

  • I was drunk awhile ago and smashed into the local beer store and grabbed a case. I drank some of it on the way home... felt like crap for doing it and called the cops on myself. They didn't even know it was broken into. They took me in and confiscated the beer.. then let me go. I was really remorseful because I have a teenage daughter and was quite ashamed. The judge let me go with a sentence of probation where I didn't have to see a probation officer. I freaken lucked out and am very thankful

  • LOL at hugging it out

I would give the kid a pass just for bringing the money back

  • As If you put Schmoopie Papoopie in the title.

  • This kid will be tried as an adult and get 20 years to life.

I say "let him go", but the court system will see he is black and say, "lock him up."
