@thebakerman1 it's hair. they develop hair on their noses. they are not natural species, they were genetically engineered to be hairless for cosmetic experiments but then they started to be pets as well. I don't think that it's allowed anymore to test on animals. but they are wonderful pets :) the high pitch of the baby's voice sounds like its scared and wants its momma

Royal Dandies are not a whole new breed, and are actually bred from normal-sized potbellied pigs (the breed of a Royal Dandie). The pigs just carry a gene for extreme dwarfism. This gene is non-dominant and is only expressed in a small portion of the litter.

no, that is a breed called Skinny Guinea Pigs, they are born with there eyes opoen like most guinea pigs are, they just dont have any fur, like the Guinea Pig version of a naked mole rat. other Guineas are born WITH fur and there eyes are open. :3
