how do you know there isnt one....its never said YES OR NO either way
and if you remember the reason the secondary console room was introduced in the story was that the primary was out of commission and being upgraded....so if you really want to get that technical the primary rotor would not be operating....either way i dont care i just thought it was cool to try

the secondary doesn't have a rotor the rotors in the primary you only need one
