"The Nazi conspiracy in Spain" is an interesting book from 1937 on this matter. It uses documents found during the civil war, to show German infiltration and subversion abroad. @rrrime A simple RPG cannot lock on one of these, and unmanned aircraft at much more agile and capable of avoiding missiles, not to mention flares to redirect heat seekers away. Some teeny religious Hadji spraying his AK47 in the air would not do it either, as AK47s are extremely innacurate and the bullets just plain fall out of the air.

BTW they hacked Predator's software about year ago i think, so they are not so far behind in hi-tec ;). And AK is a not so innacurate weapon, but teeny Hadji style of shooting is just not the best of ways to shoot ;)
